They include all indoor and outdoor games like football, hockey, cricket, tennis, volleyball, badminton, chess, carom etc. Inter-class tournaments are held regularly that foster team spirit among the participants and make them disciplined. The importance of sports can never be minimized.

•  First of all, they are good exercises and help to build fine physique for the boys and girls. They make the students mentally alert and physically strong. Good health is one of the most important benefits of sports.
•  Secondly, students learn to cope with difficult situations. By displaying their feats before many spectators they can overcome their nervousness.
•  Sports are a good diversion to give the students energy to learn their lessons well.
•  Sports also give a much-needed break from the everyday monotonous life.
